Ballroom Dancing in ATL?

So I was always inspired by the people on dancing w/ the stars, and always thought that ballroom dance was kinda cool. My question is where is a place in Atlanta, that offers ballroom dance for 7th graders? I looked up ballroom dancing on youtube. And those 8yr olds are GOOD. I never danced before so will people look at me funny...And do you need your own partner? Plus, do black people ballroom dance? Sorry to ask that but, O'well. Thanks in advance
