Do you think this dress looks appropriate for a dance?

I like it. It's not too low :) But, isn't a bit too expensive? :/ I'm not from america. Maybe it means more to you than it would in england :L :D But if money isn't an issue, i think it's loovveerrllyyyy. :) x
