How would you suggest I go about learning this many languages?

Privet, Hallo, Bonjour, Buon Giorno, Goedemorgen, God Morgon. I would like to be fluent in Russian, German, French, Italian, Dutch, and Swedish. I feel stressed, but I am enjoying it, I speak German close to fluent, my grandfather who is from Austria, we both often have many conversations in German. I have taken four years of German as well. I also have been learning Italian from a class at the community college, dutch from my friend who is from Holland, French from taking two years of French, and recently started studying Russian and Swedish, I must be fluent, otherwise I don't want to learn a language at all, I am 16 years old, and I feel like I am not working hard enough towards being fluent in these languages, I mean is fifteen minutes spent a day studying all of these enough? I mean that is all I can do, I am a junior in high school, I am graduating this year, I go to community college at the same time, I take ballet and ballroom, I take voice, piano, and guitar lessons, and i work thirty hours a week, so that is all I can really spend time for, what are some suggestions, cause I really want to be proficient in many languages. Languages are a passion of mine, and I enjoy learning them.
