Is there going to be a Zombie Apocalypse ?

I know ive been asking alot about like the 2012 end of the earth stuff, but are zombies really going to appear? yesterday i was walking up to the local cemetary's cross and i kept feeling like sombody was watching me and my freinds allthroughout the woodlands, and when i got to the cross why did i feel safe? Im not even Cristian . even my Athiest friend felt safer there...
