What's a good hotel in Delaware with a theater or ballroom?

I'm hosting a pageant anywhere in Delaware, preferably near a large city or in Dover. It should have a stage available for use, or a large ballroom with space for a portable stage. It should be relatively affordable for two nights of stay. Also, if you're between the ages of 13 and 16 by next spring and are affiliated with Delaware in some way, let me know if you are interested in being part of a Miss Teen Delaware pageant :)
