Where is a modern, nontraditional location for a wedding reception in Portland, Oregon?

I am looking for something other than a ballroom, golf course, or country club estate type. Already looked into World Trade Center, Art Musuem, Urban Studio. Dont want Gray Gables or anything similar that looks like a golf course. Any help would be much appreciated! Also I need to seat around 200 people, and am willing to go about 40 miles out of the city.
