Does my boyfriend have a gift?

Alright, so the other day while my boyfriend and i were walking through the cemetary, he said he saw a woman, he described her really specificly. Even to the part where she had a part of her cheek missing. My landlord's mother was buried in that cemetary. So i decided to ask her about her mother and what she looks like. She told my boyfriend and I that we could come see a picture of her mother. When we went and saw it i was shocked, and so was he, that the woman he described was a perfect match to the woman in the photo. My landlord even said that her mother had many cheek surgeries, and eventually her cheek wore away. Which shocked us even more. He can see spirits. Is this a gift?
