How to whine ? && How to dance at prom?

I can honestly say I'm the worst Jamaican. I can't whine for my life. My friends have attempted to teach me but I don't know why I can't do it. Any tips? Videos? And also my prom is in like 5 days and I have no clue how to dance for it (Junior High Prom). I'm not ballroom dancing so yeah. I'm just a hot mess. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
