First, you have to stretch so your body isn't so stiff. Try getting to class a little early to stretch. If you have to wait outside of your classroom, stretch before you go. Second, it's really not about what you look like, just the positions of the moves. As long as you try try try, you won't look stupid. Third, you must practice every day. Even if you don't feel like it. Set a practice time that fits your schedule. Hope I gave good advice!
