If atheism IS a religion, doesn't that mean that atheist organizations get tax-exempt status?

Also, doesn't that mean that atheism gets the same First Amendment protection as any other religion? Finally, doesn't that mean that military veterans can get an atheist symbol on their headstones when they die and get buried in a military cemetary?
