Is it possible to replace my boyfriend's small white arm with a big brown wrinkly manly arm by amputation?

My boyfriend has too skinny of arms that are also white and young-looking as well. I am wanting both of his arms and both of his legs to be amputated because they are too feminine instead of manly. There are undergound bodies at my hometown cemetary that have big wrinkly manly arms and legs and those would look more attractive on him. Does anyone know of any doctors who can do this for him?
