Question about weight / body shape?
Do you have stretch marks and rolls when you are relaxed sitting down? If you do, then it's fat. If you don't and it jiggles than its still fat. Also you can't really flex your belly muscles, if anything your just breathing out and making your stomach stick out. Anyways, if you want to lose fat, do cardio, as long as your sweating and your heart rate is elevated, you are burning calories which should help in fat burning. Also you should fix your diet, just because you exercised doesn't mean junk food should be eaten. Eat junk if you must once a week and keep the majority of your week as healthy as possible. Drink lots of water, weigh yourself once a week after you wake up to assess your progress. Good Luck.
